Open Schooling – Admission Procedure

This needs to be taken seriously and followed strictly, as the application forms will be processed only based on these documents. All these documents mentioned needs to be attested by an appropriate Gazetted Officer. The application form will be rejected if it is incomplete, incorrect or if the supporting documents are missing.

ESLC Examination (VIII Standard):

1. Sixth Standard Passed Mark Sheet
2. Transfer Certificate
3. Aadhaar Card
4. Undertaking Form
5. Passport Size Photos -5 (2 Pasted in Application Form + 3)

Secondary Education (X Standard)

1. Eighth Standard Passed Mark Sheet
2. Transfer Certificate
3. Aadhaar Card
4. Undertaking Form
5. Passport Size Photos -5 (2 Pasted in Application Form + 3)

Senior Secondary Education - First Year (XI Standard)

1. Tenth Standard Passed Mark Sheet
2. Transfer Certificate
3. Aadhaar Card
4. Undertaking Form
5. Passport Size Photos -5 (2 Pasted in Application Form + 3)

Senior Secondary Education - Second Year (XII Standard)

1. Eleventh Standard Passed Mark Sheet (XI Passed)

5. Passport Size Photos -5 (2 Pasted in Application Form + 3)

NOTE:

Three sets of all documents must be submitted with attestation from a Gazetted Officer at the time of Admission
